On Wednesday, Manchester City edged Borussia Dortmund 2-1 after Erling Haaland scored his 13th goal of the season with an outrageous winner against his former club, while Chelsea were held 1-1 against RB Salzburg at Stamford Bridge.
Celtic played out a 1-1 draw at Shakhtar Donetsk, while Rangers suffered a 3-0 defeat against in-form Napoli at Ibrox.
