Davido extends music partnership
The worldwide record company Sony & RCA has extended its contract with Nigerian megastar Davido.
Due to the success of Afrobeats around the world, foreign record labels have welcomed Nigerian musicians who are bringing the music to new audiences.
One of the biggest musicians in Africa, Davido, is contracted to Sony Music UK through its subsidiary RCA. The hitmaker has been a client of the label for a while, and now he revealed that he has renewed their deal.
On May 19, 2023, Davido tweeted about the expansion of the collaboration and his ongoing commitment to making everlasting music.
“I’m grateful to officially announce that I have extended my partnership with @sonymusic & @RCARecords, so we can keep bringing you more TIMELESS moments. We don’t stop, Dey for who dey for you,” he wrote.
