Lerin calls Burna Boy a fraud
Lerin Nicodemus, a Nigerian TV host, has called Grammy-winning musician Damini Ogulu, also known as Burna Boy, as the most uninspired performer in the country
She made this remark in response to the singer’s contentious claim that Afrobeats music lacks depth.
Burna, according to Lerin, is the biggest fraud for embracing Afrobeats in order to prosper on the global arena, only to repudiate the genre after achieving success.
The musician, according to the YouTuber, is a hypocrite for copying Fela while developing his pan-African advocacy but failing to put it into action whenever there is societal turmoil in Nigeria or elsewhere in Africa.
