A video of Tolanibaj claiming not to be sǝxually attracted to Neo resurfaces
Tolanibaj, a Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, said in a throwback video that she doesn’t find her co-star and romantic interest, Neo Akpofure, sexually attractive.
This comes after she got into a fight with Ilebaye about talking to Neo after their therapy session. Neo approached Ilebaye for a quick conversation, but Tolanibaj wasn’t having it and attacked the 22-year-old housemate.
She cautioned her not to talk to Neo and to respect her boundaries. This turned into a verbal brawl, and Ilebaye chastised her for continuously fighting over a man who was not even hers.
In response to the chaos, Neo dragged Tolanibaj into the restroom and admonished her not to embarrass herself in public, adding that he is tired of her unpredictable emotions.
The event sparked outrage online, with many showgoers criticizing Tolanibaj for acting desperate on national television.
Some also discovered a video from the BBNaija lockdown reunion episode in 2021 in which Tolani stated that she was not sexually attracted to Neo, who was dating Vee at the time.
She stated that, while she believes her Delta-born housemate is attractive, she does not find him sexually appealing.
In response, Neo’s previous partner Vee stated that Tolanibaj was desperate, despite her assertions to the contrary.
