YBNL talented singer and song writer, Fireboy DML let loose his much anticipated third studio project titled “Playboy” featuring Euro, Shenseea, Rema, Asake, Chris Brown and Ed Sheeran.
Born Adedamola Adefolahan, Fireboy DML is a Nigerian singer-songwriter whose music fuses Afropop, R&B, and soul. Dubbed the ‘future’ of Afrobeats, Fireboy DML burst onto the music scene early 2019 with his debut album Laughter, Tears & Goosebumps. The critically acclaimed project produced a string of stand-out singles – ‘Jealous’, ‘Scatter’ and ‘King’ which captured the attention of music fans across the globe and seamlessly brought together the artists lyrical prowess, vocal versatility and delivery.
In August 2020, Fireboy DML released his award-winning second studio album Apollo, achieving Top 10 US iTunes on its first week and garnered over 320M streams. His sophomore album, APOLLO—featuring guest turns by American rapper D Smoke and Nigerian singer Wande Coal rose to No. 14 on Billboard’s World Albums chart. In July 2021, he released the hit single “Peru” on which he announced that his 3rd album is coming.
