Brymo defends his collaboration request from Simi
Nigerian artist Lawale lfr, better known as Brymo, has explained why he turned down a cooperation proposal from his female colleague, Simi.
Brymo sparked outrage in July 2023 when he disclosed that he turned down Simi’s offer because she refused to sleep with him.
During a recent TVC interview, the ‘Olanrewaju’ crooner said that he had urged intimacy with her to increase the emotion of the song. When she declined, he declined the collaboration invitation.
He further claimed that his sexuaI proposal to Simi, who was not married at the time, was for artistic purposes.
