Fiancé of Nigerian gospel singer accuses her of dumping him
Mr. Favour Ibex, who claims to be the fiancé and manager of Amaka Gift, a Nigerian gospel musician, has disclosed that she has left him for another guy.
Favour made this announcement on his Facebook page, claiming that she deceived him after he supposedly supported and invested in her music career.
He stated that he met Amaka nine years ago and that they dated for three years before he introduced her to music in 2017. He claimed responsibility for producing her songs, administering her social media profiles, and promoting her music.
He and Amaka were engaged, he said, and he was waiting for her to graduate from university before paying her bride price. He also stated that they did not have sexual relations due of their religious beliefs.
Trouble began when he introduced Amaka to a gospel minister named Maxy Michael for a song duet. He alleged the couple started sharing films and images of themselves in compromising poses, and when he questioned Amaka, she refused to cease the ‘affair’.
He went on to say that Amaka attempted to alter the passwords to her social media platforms in order to shut him out, so he disabled her pages.
