Netflix is the distributor of the 2023 coming-of-age adventure film Ijogbon, which is produced by Kunle Afolayan. It is a component of the three-movie deal Kunle Afolayan struck with Netflix. On October 13, 2023, Tunde Babalola, the film’s writer, posted it on Netflix. Gabriel Afolayan, Adunni Ade, Dorathy Bachor, Femi Branch, Sam Dede, Yemi Sodimu, Bimbo Manuel, Yemi Solade, and numerous other celebrities starred in the film. The movie was filmed at the KAP Film Village and Resort in Oyo State.
Overview
In the coming-of-age adventure film Ijogbon, four teens from a remote hamlet in southwest Nigeria are the main characters. These four teens made the dangerous decision to keep and hide the gems even though their owners came out to seek them. As a result, one of them got into major difficulty. The other three saw a pouch of diamonds in the most unusual manner.
