Ike seemingly throws shade at Mercy Eke again
In response to Mercy Eke’s recent viral interview video, reality TV star Ike Onyema appears to have taken a shot at his ex-lover and another reality TV star.

The former Big Brother Naija contestant took to the microblogging platform X to upload a snapshot of himself with a caption that looked allude to someone.
He added in his caption that this lady advocates women supporting one another until it includes supporting another woman. He used a suggestive hashtag and referred to the person as a ‘crocodile.’
Mercy Eke’s tearful interview with media personality Hero Daniels, in which she voiced her unhappiness at having just her fans as her major source of support during her time in the Big Brother house, inspired this essay.
Mercy cried as she emphasized her want for’more,’ alluding to her goal to win the All Stars season but ended up as the first runner-up. The interview can be viewed here.
Ike tweeted less than 24 hours after the interview video was posted online, prompting many to infer that he was indirectly attacking Mercy and referring to her tears as ‘crocodile tears.’
They also claimed that he was mocking Mercy for not completely supporting Ilebaye’s victory as the show’s winner, despite her desire to be supported herself.
