Lagos Police PRO is on the move to ascertain the cause of Mohbad’s death
Benjamin Hundeyin, the spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, has spoken out about the death of prominent musician Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, also known as Mohbad.
The true cause of his death has sparked considerable debate. According to initial accounts, he was struck by ‘juju’ at an event the previous Sunday; however, other stories state he had an ear infection and died after receiving an injection.
According to some stories, the musician died from hypertension, which he suffered before his sudden death. The police PRO revealed during an Instagram live session with media personality Daddy Freeze that the police are actively investigating the cause of the singer’s death.
He said that they would consider exhuming his body for an autopsy if it is judged necessary.
Benjamin also urged anyone with reliable information concerning the singer’s death to come forward, assuring them that their identities would remain anonymous.
